For most projects, we put a preliminary budget on paper within a week of the site visit. Detailed line-item budgets — the kind we'll actually build to — follow once scope and material selections are settled, typically two to four weeks after that.

We focus on projects from about $50K up through ground-up multi-family. Smaller jobs — a single bath or a punch-list — usually aren't a fit for our setup; we'll cheerfully refer you to good people we trust for those.

Yes. Fully licensed and insured in Oklahoma. Certificates of insurance are provided to every client before work begins, and to general contractors and property managers on request.

Every change order is written, priced, and signed before work proceeds. We won't unilaterally add to the bill at the end of the job — and we surface potential changes the moment they appear, not at invoice time.

One-year warranty on workmanship as standard, plus all manufacturer warranties pass through to you. Beyond the warranty period, we still answer the phone — most of our long-term clients call us first when something needs attention, even years later.
