ABOUT THE STUDIO

Built on conviction.

An Oklahoma City construction firm rooted in craft, run by people who still pick up the phone. Founded 2011 — built one project at a time.

(01)  — OUR STORY

Architectural construction detail

Fifteen years in one city.

Unlimited Vision opened its doors in 2011 with a single client, a few tools, and a stubborn belief that small construction firms could do excellent work if they cared enough to slow down. We've held to that ever since.

What started as residential renovations in northeast Oklahoma City grew steadily — into ground-up single-family homes, then into multi-family construction across the metro. We take small commercial projects on a selective basis. Through every expansion, we've kept the team small enough that a principal walks every site.

That choice is deliberate. Construction is a relationship business. The quality of a renovation depends on the quality of the conversations behind it — and those conversations only happen when the people drawing the schedule are the same people standing in your kitchen.

Today our work is split between residential renovation, multi-family construction, and ground-up homes across the Oklahoma City metro — with the occasional small commercial buildout in our neighborhoods. Most clients find us by referral. Most projects end with a handshake and the standing offer of a phone call any time something needs looking at.

That's the company in a paragraph. The rest is on the next few pages — and on the worksites we have running right now.

(02)  — LEADERSHIP

KG FOUNDER · PRINCIPAL

Kimber Guyton

Founder & Principal · Unlimited Vision LLC

Kimber Guyton founded Unlimited Vision in 2011 after more than a decade in the trades. From the start, he wanted to build a firm where the person you talked to on day one was the same person standing in the finished space — and where the standard wasn't "passable" but "still right ten years from now."

Under Kimber's leadership, Unlimited Vision has delivered hundreds of projects across the OKC metro, from single-room renovations to ground-up homes and small multi-family builds in northeast Oklahoma City. He's especially comfortable with infill development and neighborhood-scale workforce housing — including occasional community-serving commercial work, like the firm's ongoing ghost-kitchen buildout on NE 23rd.

The buildings we put up outlast the contracts. That's the standard.

Outside the firm, Kimber is active in community development in northeast OKC, with a long-running interest in food access and youth-focused programs. That community work isn't a sidebar — it's the same instinct that runs the construction business.

(04)  — WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four non-negotiables.

A few principles run underneath everything we do — they predate the company, and they outlast any single project.

i.

Safety, first and last

A comprehensive site-safety program isn't optional — it's how we keep our crews, our clients, and the surrounding community well.

ii.

Sustainability built in

Eco-friendly materials, smart waste reduction, and choices weighted toward a longer service life. The greenest building is the one you don't rebuild in ten years.

iii.

Honest communication

We treat every project as if it were our own — which means surfacing problems early, telling you what we'd actually do, and keeping the budget visible.

iv.

Community first

We're rooted in Oklahoma City. The work we do shows up on streets we drive every day — and that accountability is everything.

(05)  — OUR APPROACH

What working with us actually looks like.

  • A principal on every project — never a sub-out. The person who scopes the work runs the work.
  • Line-item budgets up front — not "ranges." You see the math.
  • Weekly walk-throughs on every active site, with photo logs and clear next-week scope.
  • Transparent change orders — no surprises at invoice time.
  • A standing one-year warranty — and a phone line that stays open after.

(06)  — NEXT STEPS

Think we might be a fit?

A consultation is free, in-person, and unhurried. If we're the right firm for the work, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you that too — and probably point you to who is.
